ShadowGlen is probably considered by most folks as the most amenity rich subdivision in Manor. The ~1,400 acre master planned community features hike and bike trails, a 18-hole public golf course, and a 4 acre water park and recreation center. The subdivision also has its own elementary school, ShadowGlen Elementary, which was opened in 2016.
The first homes in the neighborhood were built in 2003. Many home builders have built homes in certain sections of this neighborhood over the years, including Buffington, Perry, Highland, Plantation, Cal Atlantic, Pioneer, David Weekly, and Meritage.
For those who may be looking for new construction, new home inventory is still available in the neighborhood. Current builders include Centex, Perry, and Buffington. [Please be sure to ask me about my exclusive incentives for buyers on new home construction]
